From the moment I walked into Uncle John’s Pant Farm Home&Garden, I was warmly greeted by Marina, who worked in the perennial area and was very kind. She directed me to Zac in the shrubs and trees section, where he took his time answering all my questions and concerns and continued to be helpful throughout my visit. In the hanging basket area, Melissa greeted us with a friendly smile and went above and beyond by bringing out additional baskets when I asked if there were more to choose from. I also called the next day and spoke with Marcia, who was very professional and confirmed delivery to my location without any issues. Overall, every employee I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile. As a first-time customer, I can confidently say this is a hidden gem of a nursery, and I’m very happy I found them.

I have been going to Uncle John’s to get my annual herbs and other outdoor plants/flowers for years. Although a little pricey, I have found their products to be great. Last month I went in and I brought two gift cards; one for $25 and one for $100. When I went to pay for my items the friendly cashier said they had a newer computer system and wasn’t sure how to enter the gift card as they were older. She checked with another employee who asked if she tried to enter it a certain way (like putting zeros with the gift card number or something) and she said she did with no luck. So the second employee said she would go ask the owner who was upstairs. I continued chatting with friendly cashier while we waited. The second employee came back and said the owner said they will not accept the gift cards. Why should I not be able to use my gifts cards (that had no expiration date) that have been PAID FOR because Uncle John’s has a new computer system and can’t process them?? How about put a procedure in place to honor older gift cards should this situation arise? …instead of just essentially saying “Sorry we took your money but you get nothing in return.” SO unprofessional. My first-time here and what a grand suprise! Fantastic selections and super friendly staff. Take a peek @ my 5k + contributions to prove this place is one of the best ! I not only purchased a few for my sweet lady but turned around to get some for me too now !

Fantastic place for garden enthusiasts & commercial industry! Stopping by just to window shop! Several plants & containers later.... Definitely worth Stopping in and saying hello! You will not be disappointed. From French flower, bananas, staghorn, to more traditional plants as well! They have shrubs, trees, annuals, perennials, fruit shrubs & trees, water features with LED lighting, fertilizer, soil, mulch and sooo much more. They even have a very inviting shop filled with trickets and more! Be sure to look up and check out the light fixture featuring ginkgo leaves! Such a fun place!.

Don't walk, RUN over to this place immediately!!! This is one of the best plant/garden nurseries I have ever been to and spent 2 hours there! I can't believe they only have 162 reviews because this is such a gem of a place. All of the plants are well taken care of with an unbelievable selection of perennials, fruit trees, unique landscaping plants, houseplants, pots, etc. Plus the people are so nice and extremely helpful. I recently moved back to Ohio and have no idea about planting and what to plant here and everyone I spoke to was so knowledgeable and eager to help. The prices on their plants are reasonable, the pots are a little pricier and they have a very cute gift shop. I bought an interesting plant called a whipcord arborvitae, which I'd never seen before, along with about 10 other plants I did not need. 🙄 This place is really a gem and I highly recommend checking them out. They are having a sale right now 30% of perennials.
